I’ve used Columbia River Pharmacy for about 10 years and really like the two pharmacists that are the regulars so much. I rely on them and trust them wholeheartedly! Every member of the staff is top-notch. I would recommend them for their efficiency and dedication 100#!
I had to change to Brent-Air because of insurance changes. My local pharmacy for more than 20 years in Texas and in Virginia was CVS. At Brent-Air Pharmacy, nobody seems to be in charge,’ and the support staff seems to have had zero customer service training.

When I think about the service, I give it a thumbs up. The workers at ViaQX Pharmacy try barely see any men working. Bunch of hard-working women, I tell you and diverse: friendly reasonable time frame and acceptable service good job.

I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately, that’s not available. This Is my local Safeway Pharmacy, and I won’t be going there anymore – Quite baffling for me being an overall calm and extremely friendly person my experience has been terrible with the two pharmacists at this location- the rest of the staff at the pharmacy are great so are the other cashiers. The pharmacists are extremely rude and unfriendly. I’ve had not one but two encounters at this pharmacy, and both times have left me feeling anxious and nervous with my interactions with the staff. They are standoffish, unprofessional, extremely insensitive to any questions, lack the ability to answer or explain any simple questions. I tried calling in to get a refill on my prescription – The pharmacist on the phone was extremely rude from the start- when I asked her a question about my prescription, she didn’t even bother answering that instead kept repeating what was on there- She had a fit and started screaming on the phone for me not to be rude. Not worth having to deal with such unprofessionalism. I just hung up. The entire leadership at the pharmacy has a stinky attitude, lack of class, and that has set a sub-standard for the entire staff at the Voss location. Please save yourself the hassle and do not prescribe to this location!! Disgusting Service.

Standard-sized pharmacy location with pharmacy and drive-thru. The pharmacy staff is prompt and helpful. Floor staff is basically non-existent and can take quite a while to check out if more than two people in line. Photo services are offered as well. However, much like the checkout and floor situation, you will find yourself waiting and waiting for service.
Very impressed with this Fred Meyer Pharmacy… A lot of people don’t understand how a pharmacy works and think that it’s burger king. You can’t always have it your way. This staff works very well as a team, and its starts from the management with Amr and the pharmacist Ngozie. They hold the pharmacy to the highest of ethnic values and treat customers the best they can. All the technicians do their level best in satisfying the customers as I experienced this myself.
